An STL - AC.00 - 3000  for the Petronas Towers
First STL (and TES) in Sri Lanka 

 

MALAYSIA : KJ Engineering and Cristopia reach the sum of thermal energy storage in Malaysia

 

KJ engineering Sdn Bhd has been awarded the upgrading and extension work of KLCC DCS, the world tallest twin towers building in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia .

 

This new cooling plant of 12,000 Tons (42 200 kW) will incorporate an STL - AC.00 - 3 000 (3 000 m3 of AC.00 nodules) with a total capacity of 45,000 Ton.hours (158 300 kWh). This reference provides again a good recognition of the STL technology.

 

The STL shall operate in parallel with 3 x 2 200 Tons (3 x 7 740 kW) R123 Duplex centrifugal chillers.

In addition of bringing a great saving in term of operating cost to the NBTS (National Blood Transfusion Service in Sri Lanka), our technology and system is in light with the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) demand side management program.
