Cristopia Energy Systems India Private Limited |
| We are pleased to announce that first Joint Venture and third manufacturing unit of Cristopia STL System commenced its commercial production in INDIA. The name of title of manufacturing unit is Cristopia Energy Systems India Private Limited. Unit has started production of C-00 nodules and can produce S and SN series of nodules. Latest machine and strict quality control at each stage, has resulted into product of international quality. | The production has started on January 29, 1997 and the Inaugural Function was the 27th of March.

Different State Electricity Boards are now considering introduction of T.O.D. differential tariffs due to availability of Cristopia STL System for load management. Three states in India have already announced the introduction of T.O.D. differential tariffs and many more are expected to follow. | |
| Response of the product in Indian Market is very
good. Unit received two medium size orders, one from M/s. Samsung (85 m3), an electronic unit
at New Delhi, and other from The Kamat Plaza (100 m3) a hotel in Bombay. Many small size
orders were received when it was announced that this hightech system is now manufactured
in India. |
