Technical Data

Characteristics The plant consists of 9 air cooled CIAT chillers of 1,100 kW. The thermal energy storage STL - AC.00 - 1404 is composed of 3 tanks of 468 m3 each. The STL tanks and the 9 chillers are installed in parallel without any plate heat exchanger. The glycol solution at +7°C produced by the cooling plant flows directly to the AHU. The STL supplies 60 % of the peak cooling demand and shift 19 MWhelec from on-peak to off-peak electrical period. |
