The building was constructed with innovative technologies such as building materials, high efficiency lighting and air conditioning system with a Thermal Energy Storage System (STL). In Objective To reduce the electrical bill it was decided to
install a “Cristo’Pak” with a Thermal Energy Storage System (STL).
The Cristo’Pak is controlled by a innovative control system
“Cristo’Control” using the latest communication technologies (remote
management, e-reporting and preventive maintenance). Every day electricity is shifted from on peak to
off peak period. The performances are monitored by the control system and
can be guaranteed. It has enabled the client to reduce the installed cooling capacity by 20% and to reduce the electrical bill by 50%. |
