Characteristics
The thermal storage is a Cristopia
STL-00-2200. The STL-00-2200 is composed of two 1100 m³ vertical tanks
filled with S-00 nodules.
The nodules are filled with PCM (Phase Change
Material) allowing thermal at 0°C.
120 000 kWh of cooling energy are stored daily
in two 1100 m³ vertical tanks. The cooling energy is provided by two
centrifugal chillers. The height of the tanks is equivalent to a 9 storey
building.
