Industrial application of Cristopia's STL for Brewery
Three breweries reap the rewards of installing
Cristopia Energy Systems' eutectic thermal stores

We have taken the opportunity to send you this newsletter to introduce you to a technology that can drastically reduce brewery process cooling costs whilst, at the same time, increasing refrigeration plant efficiency and life capacity.
In straightforward terms : you take direct control of your energy management strategy by generating cooling energy when it most suits you.
This sketch illustrates cooling energy production shifted from dailytime to cheaper night time periods.
Our brochure and technical manual "Coolth Storage" explain how this technology works. The use of eutectic blends enables us to offer a range of fusion temperatures between + 27°C and – 33°C suiting all process cooling demands normally found in breweries.
  • Capacity expansion without new refrigeration plant
  • Central plant refurbishment
  • New brewery construction

STL Benefits

  • Reduced : Running, maintenance and first costs
  • Increased : Refrigeration capacity from existing plant
  • Inherent : Standby capacity
